AMANTE ANTWERP ships within the EUROPEAN UNION.
Shipping to:

1/ Belgium

We offer free shipment for all orders within Belgium. Orders are shipped with Bpost. AMANTE ANTWERP aims to process and ship all orders within 1-7days, if the item is available.

In Belgium we offer ‘next day’ delivery for all orders placed before 10pm from Monday till Thursday. Your order will be delivered between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm. You can track the package by using the track and trace code, which we send to you by e-mail after your package is shipped.

Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.

2/ the Netherlands – Germany – France – Luxemburg

We ship for the Netherlands, Germany, France and Luxemburg with DPD shipping. We offer free shipment for all orders above 150 euro. We will charge a cost of 9 euro under 150 euro for these countries.

Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.

3/ Rest of EU zone

We ship for the rest of EU zone with DPD shipping. All orders are charged with shipping cost based on the delivery address. The rates depend on the total weight of your order, so they will be calculated automatically during checkout.

4/ Rest of the World

The complete list of countries can be checked during checkout. If your country is not on that list, we are not able to deliver to your country. In this case, you can contact hello@amanteantwerp.com and we will be very happy to help you out!

The shipping costs will be depending on the total weight of your order and based on the delivery address.

All orders are shipped with DPD and require a signature upon delivery. DPD usually operates between 9 am – 6 pm on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address (recommended).

Taxes and duties

All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. Orders and deliveries outside the European Union may be subjected to local import duties and/or taxes. AMANTE ANTWERP is not responsible for any additional charged from customs or duties.

Important information

All orders are fully traceable through the track and trace code. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes. Thank you for understanding that we have no influence on delivery delays due to safety measures of the customs authorities or other possible delays. We cannot be held responsible if the delivery time is not respected. If the shipment did not arrive on time, we cannot grant you a refund of the shipping costs on terms of non-compliances.

First-Time Order Policy

For security purposes, AMANTE ANTWERP reserves the right to ship first-time orders to the cardholder’s verified billing address or work address. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please make sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when placing an order.

Insurance

AMANTE ANTWERP insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you.

Returns

If you want to return, exchange your order or if anything is not matching your expectations, please let us know!

You have the right to return or exchange your order within 14 days after delivery.

If you want to return or exchange your order (or a part), please reply to your order confirmation mail or send an email to hello@amanteantwerp.com with your confirmation order number.

Please mention the following:

  • The article you want to return
  • The reason
  • If applicable, the article you want in exchange (if available)

 

We will reply to your request asap, with the return information, containing the return confirmation form and return address.

All returns need to be send back to our warehouse, with the return confirmation document inside the box.

Once your return has been received and accepted, your voucher will be sent via é-mail or your exchange order will be shipped within 3 days. In case of refund, it may take up to 10 working days for you to receive the money on your bank account or credit card.

Important notes:

  • All items must be returned with the original AMANTE ANTWERP boxes, dust bags, wrapping paper and cards.
  • When trying on jewelry, please take care. AMANTE ANTWERP may refuse any returns that are not in the original condition. For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on earrings.
  • Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.
  • We advise you to use a parcel service with tracking.
  • We do not refund custom duties for countries outside EU, but you can contact your local custom duty office to claim them.

 

Special Orders, which means that the item will be made or customized especially for you, cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances. For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on earrings.

When you return your items to us, please ensure you enclose the return form (with your name and address) and whether you require a refund or an exchange. Pack the items back in the original packaging and send it back . We strongly recommend that you send your order back to us by recorded delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in the post. An exchange or voucher will be issued within 7 days if the item is in its original condition and all the information referred to above is received. For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.

Important information

You notify us within the term of 14 calendar days after receipt that you will cancel the agreement.

We advise you to keep the items in original condition and / or packaging. If the item that you return is damaged or the packaging is missing, we can hold you liable for the depreciation that the good has suffered as a result and claim compensation for it that is proportional to this depreciation.
