How do I track an online order?
I did not receive all the articles?
If you have ordered several articles and not all articles are in stock, you will receive an email or phone call with the possible delivery time of the missing article(s). If you did not receive an email or phone call please contact customer service or firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I return an article?
If you want to return, exchange your order or if anything is not matching your expectations, please let us know!
You have the right to return or exchange your order within 14 days after delivery.
If you want to return or exchange your order (or a part), please reply to your order confirmation mail or send an email to email@example.com with your confirmation order number.
Please mention the following:
- The article you want to return
- The reason
- If applicable, the article you want in exchange (if available)
We will reply to your request asap, with the return information, containing the return confirmation form and return address.
Can I return earrings?
For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer exchanges or vouchers on earrings.
Are the return shipping costs for myself?
What does ‘the material respect the REACH limits ‘ mean?
The materials respect the European REACH limits on lead and cadmium content and on nickel release (nickle free).
All used colors are lead free, nickel free and made on a white bronze base (not nickel base) in compliance to the European REACH prescriptions.
